History
2021Generational Change
After more than 35 years of successful operation, the founders handed over management to Martin Stimpfl and Benjamin Hirt. Many years of experience and the use of new technologies will continue to strengthen GAMED as a reliable partner for the industry.
2004GAMED Beijing
A subsidiary is founded in Beijing in co-operation with Siemens AG Erlangen. The Chinese development team, led by DI Johann Warmuth, specialises in projects for the steel industry in China.
2000Market Launch of OEE Analyser
With our new development OEE Analyser, the first independent, automatic OEE tool is available in German-speaking countries.
1991Market Launch of IPC
First product development of our maintenance management tool IPC in close co-operation with the former Opel engine and transmission plant in Aspern.
1988Entry at Böhler Edelstahl
Entry at Böhler Edelstahl
With the planning of the production control system for the new multi-line rolling mill, the company entered Böhler Edelstahl in Kapfenberg in 1988.
1985Company Foundation
Company founded by Wilfried Lohr, Johannes Stimpfl and Dr. Wolfgang Lang.
Development of numerous MES solutions on behalf of Siemens AG (Munich and Erlangen), for the automotive industry (BMW, Audi, VW) and the steel industry.
